Natascha Beauchamp
Natascha Beauchamp began her career as a junior accountant with a CPA firm in North Vancouver, where she developed a strong foundation in accounting and financial management. She went on to earn her Bachelor of Business Administration from Memorial University in 2012.
After graduating, Natascha returned to the Kootenays with her family and joined the Finance Department at the Regional District of Central Kootenay (RDCK). Driven by her entrepreneurial spirit and passion for helping businesses succeed, she founded Blissful Bookkeeping in Nelson, BC, in 2014.
Under her leadership, Blissful Bookkeeping quickly grew to serve more than 40 small business clients across the Kootenays and expanded to include a team of professionals. As her family grew, Natascha relocated to Castlegar, BC, in 2018 and continued building both her business and her expertise.
From 2019 to 2022, Natascha served as Director of Finance for a large local non-profit organization while continuing to expand her bookkeeping and advisory practice. Throughout her career, she has developed extensive expertise in financial analysis, financial reporting, budgeting, forecasting, strategic planning, and financial systems implementation. She is particularly passionate about modernizing financial operations through technology integration, process improvement, and automation.
Today, Natascha serves as Manager of Finance for a large provincial non-profit organization and continues to grow her practice by providing high-level financial advisory, strategic planning, and operational support to organizations seeking clarity, efficiency, and sustainable growth.
Natascha partners with business owners and organizations under her firm, Clarity Financial Operating Services, to transform financial complexity into clear, actionable strategies that support confident decision-making and long-term success.
Leanne Hoff
Leanne is a Senior Bookkeeper who has been an integral part of our firm since March 2016. With more than 35 years of experience, she brings extensive knowledge in full-cycle bookkeeping, payroll, tax filing, and a wide range of accounting and administrative services.
Originally from the Northern Interior of British Columbia, Leanne graduated with honours and went on to attend business school in Victoria, where she was valedictorian and top of her class. She earned her diploma in Accounting and Computers and has since built a diverse career in accounting and office administration, with experience in accounts receivable, accounts payable, payroll, appraisal services, reception, and sales.
Leanne’s dedication, experience, and attention to detail make her a valued member of our team. After more than ten years with our firm, she continues to bring reliability and a wealth of practical knowledge to the clients she serves.
Outside of work, Leanne enjoys spending time with family and friends and is always happy to take a good road trip. She also loves camping, playing cribbage, and a friendly game of bocce ball.
Viki Erickson
Born and raised in the West Kootenays, Viki brings over 30 years of bookkeeping and accounting experience to the Clarity team. A graduate of Selkirk College’s Office Administration and Bookkeeping program, she has built her career supporting businesses of all sizes, from managing the books for personal businesses and partnerships to working with a diverse range of client accounts.
Since joining our team in May 2022, Viki has become a valued member of the team, recognized for her reliability, attention to detail, and commitment to providing accurate, dependable financial support.
Outside of work, Viki enjoys photography, kayaking, and spending time with her children.
Josée Trudeau
Josée joined our team in February 2026, bringing over 15 years of experience in environmental sciences and forestry, along with five years specializing in inventory management. A graduate of Selkirk College, she combines technical expertise with strong organizational and project management skills to support clients across a variety of industries.
Her experience includes project and inventory management, site planning, administration, data analysis, technical writing, and professional communications. Josée is highly proficient in Microsoft Office and is recognized for her analytical mindset, attention to detail, and ability to transform complex information into practical solutions. As a bilingual professional, she values clear communication and collaborative relationships with clients, stakeholders, and project teams.
Based in Rossland, Josée enjoys spending time outdoors hiking, mountain biking, skiing, snowboarding, fishing, camping, and playing hockey. She is also a proud volunteer with the Rossland Stream Keepers, helping protect and restore local waterways and natural habitats.
